Thomas "Doug" Allen, in
practice for the past 19 years, has represented clients
charged with offenses ranging from possession of an open container
of alcohol to first degree murder.
Five years ago he limited his
practice to Expungement Law and has litigated almost 1000 expungement cases all over California.

City of Claremont for 13

California State University,
San Bernardino, and is an Adjunct Faculty member at
Friends University in
