Expungement Law Is Our ONLY Practice

Our Attorneys can set aside your California criminal conviction by withdrawing your plea and having the case dismissed, in most circumstances. The law is somewhat complex in certain areas, but expungement is something that SHOULD be done by everyone with even a minor record.

Contrary to popular belief, criminal records are not cleared automatically with the passage of time, but require the filing and granting of a Petition for relief in Court.

Many attorneys, and some who are not attorneys, now 'market' expungement services online. Many of their websites are inaccurate and show a lack of experience in expungement law.
